Social networking is something that you and I have been doing since we were very young! It is simply the practice of meeting new people and building networks of friends that share the same interests and business associates that we like to work with or would like to work with.

Social networking goes on every day in every town, city and country in the world. But, these days, when someone refers to social networking, they might be referring to the kind of networking we do via the Internet.

Since the Internet has become the most popular place to find information about anything and everything, it’s also become a very popular place to find other people who share similar interests and goals.

If you belong to Facebook, or have a Twitter account or leave comments on your favorite blog, you’re practicing social networking via the world of Web 2.0. This type of networking has the potential for putting you in touch with people from all over the world!

You can use the Web 2.0 tools from the Internet to make new friends and learn new things. You can also share your knowledge with others, and brand your business. Social networking via the Internet has become as valuable (if not more valuable) in conducting marketing and networking than traditional forms of social networking.

Because social networking is something that all of us do anyway, learning to network via the Internet is usually a very comfortable and pleasant process. If you’re not using the Internet and Web 2.0 for social networking, it’s time to start!

Someone asked me if I met my son’s tuition goal and stopped flipping lenses. No, I just took time off for Spring Break and to deal with a health matter with my elderly father. I’m still flipping and will even after the tuition goal is met! The “days” I list here may not be consecutive - I’m just listing the days I spend lens flipping.

Yesterday I had 4 new lenses for sale in a variety of niche markets and one lens that hasn’t sold yet but is being found in Google for the keyword phrase “Law of Attraction Money.”

Today I had a new lens plus some blog posts – but they’re in two different niches since Squidoo won’t accept one of the topics. This lens is something I stumbled upon that has a ton of searches and some products on ClickBank that have relatively high commission payouts (averaging $63 to $85). I personally know two people this week who sought this stuff out online so I started poking around and realized it was a hot moneymaker!

I listed two Forex lenses to my Lens Alert List and they didn’t buy. So I re-listed them on the Warrior Forum and they sold in about 20 minutes for $100 each, and it only cost me $20 to list the lenses.
